The entire organisation is mainly run by volunteers. We aim to use 100% of the proceeds to our beneficiaries: the children. We have set up teams, including marketing, events, fundraising, operations, where each volunteer, based on their skills, time available, and what we need, commit to long-term support. Our volunteers, now over 70, originally from 7 countries, have different upbringings, beliefs, yet having a common background: making a difference. We pride ourselves to be a community where everyone feels welcome, and helps each other with respect, empathy, and embracing our core values. As we always say we want to be the change starting from ourselves.
